Taking a Stand Against Bullying
Great Oaks does not tolerate bullying on its campuses. While it has not been a widespread problem, we remain vigilant through several efforts:
- Educating students and teachers about how to recognize bullying and harassment, and how to stop it.
- Providing a way to report bullying.
- Creating policies and procedures that protect victims and discipline those who bully or harass students.

There were 10 documented incidents of student bullying, intimidation and/or harassment from July through December 2023. We are required to report this information to the Board of Directors every six months to comply with Policy 5517.01, Bullying and Other Forms of Aggressive Behavior, and pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 3313.666.
