Employer Services

Employers are important to Great Oaks! We welcome your participation in our programs and support of our students. We also offer a wide range of training services for employers.

Great Oaks helps employers find qualified graduates, and helps students and alumni find careers that match their skills.

For more information, email Mike Burck at burckm@greatoaks.com.

Student Warranty

Just as the employer's reputation and ultimate success are built on the quality of the products and services provided to their customers, Great Oaks' reputation depends on the excellence of our programs and the on-the-job performance of our graduates. And just as highly reputable companies stand behind their products, we have so much confidence in the quality of our programs and the abilities of our graduates that we are willing to be accountable to the employers we serve.

We make the following pledge to our student's employer:

We pledge that Great Oaks graduates are proficient in the competency areas certified by Great Oaks.  Any Great Oaks graduate who fails to perform satisfactorily in any of the guaranteed competency areas during the first year after program completion will be retrained at no expense to the employer.

Employers are formally enrolled in the Warranty Program at the conclusion of the school year by completing the Warranty Program Certificate.

TechCred Ohio

A new Ohio program supports companies who want to train current and future employees.  Employers can take advantage of training at Ohio Technical Centers like Great Oaks' Adult Workforce Development program; students earn technology or industry certifications and the employer is reimbursed by the TechCred Ohio fund.

Reimbursement of up to $2000 per credential is available for a wide range of IT and manufacturing technology certifications.  For more information, go to https://techcred.ohio.gov or contact Michael Burck at Great Oaks Career Campuses, 513.771.8881.
