HOME SCHOOL ANNOUNCEMENTS:
BLANCHESTER: The order for the senior shirt that has the signatures of the senior class is due by October 10. No extras will be ordered. Contact Mrs. Lovin, Mrs. Kellum, or Mrs. Rogers
CLINTON MASSIE: Guest applications for the dance will be available on Wednesday (tomorrow) and will be due to the ticket sellers on Thursday. Applications without a photo ID including a birth date will not be accepted.
FAIRFIELD: Please have students stop by the office to pick up their pictures if they purchased a package. Pictures retakes will be October 15 starting at 7:30 am. Any student who did not have their picture taken needs to have their picture taken on that day.
Seniors need to stop by Mrs. Garey’s room to sign the senior will.
Senior Class will be meeting Oct. 17th at 7:30 a.m. in the auditeria. Senior shirts will be ordered at this time. So please be present to indicate you shirt size.
Junior class sponsored dance, Saturday, October 18, 8:00pm-11:00pm in the auditeria. If you wish to bring a non-Fairfield guest please stop by Mrs. Garey's room to sign up your guest and pick up an application. The guest(s) must be no younger than a freshman in high school and no older than 20 years old. This dance only you are permitted to bring more than one non Fairfield guest. Cost is $5 per person or $9 per couple.
GREENFIELD: Lifetouch will be back at the H.S. on Oct. 13, Monday for picture retakes, if you need a packet please pick one up in office. Bus will be held for Laurel Oaks Campus.
HILLSBORO:
Student pictures will be taken Friday, October 17th, several packages will be offered to purchase. Look for upcoming information. For Laurel Oaks students, you should be the first to have yours taken, and when finished the bus will transport you to Laurel Oaks. Mr. Wiley will be providing you with picture packets soon at L.O.
The 2007 yearbooks are in and can be picked up in the office. You MUST bring your receipt or your CANCELLED check to receive your book.
LYNCHBURG:
Yearbooks are in can be pick up in room 117.
Juniors & Seniors are reminded to turn in their Pre-College Conference forms ASAP.
MIAMI TRACE:
Homecoming bonfire is Wed. at 7:30, game is Fri. at 7:30 – come out and cheer the Panthers to VICTORY, the dance is Sat. from 8 – 11 p.m.
WILMINGTON: Yearbooks are on sale now. They can be ordered via the net at www.buyayear.com. The code for Wilmington is: 9121790. Yearbooks can use check, or credit cards, and a payment schedule is also available.
STUDENT INFORMATION:
"The Laurel Oaks FFA Fruit Sale will begin October 3rd and continue until November 13th. Please see any student in Ag. Diesel, Equine, or Natural Resources Technology. There are also order forms in the Staff Workroom. If you use one of those, please put it in Jim Lorz’s mailbox."
Student Council will be selling the "Friendship Match" surveys all next week before class in the mall and during lunch. They are $3.00. This money is used for student mixers and student events,
Laurel Oaks Senior shirts will be on sale beginning Monday, Oct. 6th through Friday, Oct 17th. T-shirts are $10.00 and hoodies are $20.00. All senior names will be on the back of the shirts. See Ms. Boyer or any NTHS officer for an order form.
OGT tests will be administered during the week of October 27-31.
BOOT CAMP will be during the week of Oct 20-25. As in the past, students who need an OGT test will be assigned to one teacher for the entire week. BOOT CAMP will take place every day from 8:30-9:44.
IF A STUDENT IS ASSIGNED TO A BOOT CAMP TEACHER THEY MUST GO…IT IS NOT VOLUNTARY ATTENDANCE
Students who have passed the OGT will report to Lab every day during BOOT CAMP. Juniors and Seniors will be in the Lab at the same time during that week!!!

Pep assembly Today, Fri. Bus will pick at 1:50 and student need to sign in at the H.S. office.
MIAMI TRACE:
Pep rally tomorrow 10/10/08 for homecoming. The bus will be picking up at 1:50 at the Ag center and 1:55 at the main campus. This will be the only bus for Miami Trace Students that ride this bus. Drivers may also be permitted to go to the pep rally – but, all students that are going must sign in at the main office at Miami Trace when they arrive.
