- Attend an Open house at Great Oaks or Raymond Walters College. Call Donna Szabo at 513.612.5790 for dates
- Complete an application for Raymond Walters College at www.rwc.uc.edu or call 513.745.5700. The application fee is $35.00
- Send high school diploma or GED and all college transcripts to RWC
- Schedule the placement and mechanical aptitude tests at Scarlet. Prospective students must meet the minimum testing benchmarks in order to enroll in the ASSET program. Test preparation services are available. Call Donna Szabo at 612-5790 for test preparation assistance.
- Complete a FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) as soon after Jan. 1 as possible. To apply go to www.fafsa.ed.gov. Students beginning Fall quarter should use Great Oaks school code. Call Donna Szabo at 513.612.5790
- Call 513.745.5783 to schedule a placement test at RWC (Transfer students contact Jane Hoge at 513.794.0541 to see if placement testing is necessary)
- Contact the program instructor to begin Co-op placement
- KY residents complete the reciprocity form at www.onestop.uc.edu/forms/info_OHKY_tuition_reciprocity.pdf
- IN residents may be eligible for an Indiana Space Grant. These are limited to a very small number of students and do not cover all out of state fees. Call RWC Enrollment Services at 513.745.5700 for an application
