From Sharon Craver:
"Mr. Rutledge,
I just wanted to let you know that Adam is finally putting his passport to use. He found this job himself and called for an interview. The people had him come in one day and had him show them just what he could do and what he was taught. It ended up being a working interview for which he got paid for. He works full time with quarter horses (majority are mares) .He does what he was taught and the people who own this facility love him. I wanted to express my thanks to you for your patience and insight you gave him and also to Mr. Costellano, who took him against all odds from Batavia. You really made a lasting impression on him as you did me also. He talks about you all the time. Mr. Rutlege this or Mr. Rutlege said. He works for Bailey Farms. They are just outside of Owensville on Elmwood Road. About 5 minutes from home. They have a website and they are home to a Congress Champion named “One Hot Krymson” He is enroute back home from Texas.
Again “Thank You” for all you did for him the twos years he was up there. Laurel Oaks is and was the best that ever happened to Adam. I do not believe he would be where he is today without the guidance he received from all of you.
I sincerely thank you."
