The GED Test

General Educational Development Test for The Ohio High School Equivalence Diploma.

The GED Test costs $55 which can be waived if:

  • A Practice GED Test has been taken and passed successfully.
  • A completed fee waiver form is mailed with the test application.

To complete the GED:

  • Fill out the GED Application
  • Have application notorized
  • Mail application to Columbus address with fee waiver or $55 money order
  • Call any testing center 10 days to 2 weeks after mailing for authorization

After you have been authorized, you must register in person to take the GED test.  Click here for the GED Testing Schedule.
