Call 513-612-5790 for enrollment information for full-time training programs.  All prospective nursing students are required to attend an information meeting.  They are held every Tuesday at 10:00 AM and every Wednesday at 4:00 PM at Scarlet Oaks Adult Education East Wing (Door #3) and every Monday at 4:00 PM and every Friday at 9:00 AM (except for holidays) at the Health Professions Academy (see addresses below).  For the Clinton, Fayette and Highland County area, information meetings are held at Laurel Oaks in Wilmington, by appointment, and can be scheduled by calling 1-800-752-5480.

Testing is required for all full-time students.  A $75.00 non-refundable fee is required at the time of testing.  Testing locations include Scarlet Oaks, 3254 East Kemper Road, Cincinnati; the Health Professions Academy at 3120 Burnet Avenue, Cincinnati; and the Center for Economic Opportunity at 101 East Street, Washington Courthouse.
