Explanation of Performance Measures:

Program Completion - percentage of students completing the program

Positive Post Program Placement-percentage of students employed or pursuing additional education after completion of the program

Academic Attainment - percentage of students who passed the ACT WorkKeys assessment at the level required for the field of study in which the student is enrolled

Technical Skill Attainment - percentage of students passing the required occupational testing for the program of study (such as Board of Nursing exam for Practical Nursing, State of Ohio Peace Officers Training Commission exam for Law Enforcement, FAA exams for Aviation Maintenance Technician)

Participation in Non-traditional programs - percentage of students enrolled as non-traditional students (such as males in Practical Nursing, females in Carpentry)

Completion of Non-traditional programs - percentage of non-traditional students participating and completing their program
