Welcome to the 2009-2010 school year at Live Oaks!
We are off to a great start at the Live Oaks Campus. With an overall enrollment of almost 700, we have our largest enrollment in many years. We are especially excited about our 3 new Career Tech Programs: Vet Assisting, Biotechnology, and Sports Rehabilitation.
Parents: I encourage you to stay involved throughout the year. We’ll send regular information to you, and our website is updated frequently with information about student organizations and campus activities. Feel free to contact your child’s teachers at any time, and take advantage of the open houses and activities we have here. I hope you will contact me as well if you have any questions or suggestions. We want to be your partner in making sure your child is successful.
Students: This is your school. Throughout this year you’ll gain skills and knowledge that will help you for the rest of your life. If you’re new to Live Oaks, you’ll also quickly realize that this school may be different from others you’ve attended. As you now know our behavior motto is R2 – Respect and Responsibility. We appreciate the behaviors you have displayed thus far. We know that you can be successful, and we expect that you’ll be successful. If we can help you in any way, just ask.
