Dear Parents:
If you’ve been on our campus in the past few days for registration or other activities, you’ve seen some dramatic changes to our building. Our new lobby entrance is open, offering a spacious and sunlit space for students to gather and for guests to enter. Many of our career-technical programs are in new or renovated labs this year, and some of the existing hallways and classrooms have received a much-needed facelift.
The work isn’t finished, though, and will continue during this school year. You’ve probably seen flooring that still needs to be replaced, walls in need of paint, and new areas that aren’t complete. So, each time that you’re at our campus this year you’re likely to see more changes and improvements.
Throughout the year we’ll continue to open up new and renovated space. Career-technical programs that are currently in temporary space will move into new labs during or after the winter break, and the new cafeteria will be open at the beginning of the next school year.
We appreciate your continued patience as construction is completed. When it’s finished, this facility will show the pride that we have in your sons and daughters.
Thank you for sending your sons and daughters to Diamond Oaks. Please feel free to call or email us if we can help you in any way.
