Did you answer YES?
Then check out more information about the Gateway to Success program--a partnership of Great Oaks Institute of Technology and Career Development and Cincinnati State Technical and Community College, Southern State Community College and University of Cincinnati Clermont College along with Jobs for Ohio's Graduates.
If you’ve left school for any reason, chances are you’ve realized by now that a high school diploma is essential. If you want to earn your diploma—from your home high school, in most cases—on your own time and at your own pace, keep reading.
The Gateway to Success program offers:
Customized classes with one-on-one support. Your courses are computer based, and you complete them at your own pace—no pressure to meet school deadlines. Instructors work with you to complete your requirements.
An exciting environment. Your classes are held on college campuses—Cincinnati State Technical and Community College, Southern State Community College-North Campus, or University of Cincinnati-Clermont College.
A career plan. A Gateway advisor will help you explore career options, including a transition to college or career training. You can even take a college-level class while you’re in the Gateway program!
A flexible schedule. Class hours are flexible; you decide when you can attend. So, you can work or take care of a family while you’re enrolled in the program. And, some internet-based work may be done from home.
A high school diploma. Anyone who qualifies can attend Gateway classes; if you were previously at one of our partner high schools, your diploma will be awarded by that high school!
A future. Job opportunities and further education are greater when you have a diploma.
The Gateway to Success program is free for students!
