Great Oaks/Miami Trace students collect items for foster children

Great Oaks/Miami Trace High School Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) showed they care by collecting items for foster children. This year the Ohio FCCLA state outreach program is “Our Kids Our Family” which focuses on helping youth who are less fortunate. Chapter members and Miami Trace faculty donated enough items to complete two kits for My Comfy Kits, an Orphan World Relief Program. The purpose of the kits is to provide comfort and dignity to children going into foster care.
